All orders are custom made to order. Please allow five - seven business days for all orders to be processes.
We ship across Canada and the US via Canada Post and USPS, with all orders shipped as expedited with tracking. You will be provided tracking information VIA email or text.
Due to Covid-19, Canada Post is experiencing widespread delivery delays and can no longer guarantee delivery deadlines. Once parcels leave our premises, we are not responsible for delays that occur in transit.
Located in the Niagara Region? Save time and money by selecting curbside pickup at checkout! Once your order has been fulfilled, I will contact you to arrange a pickup date. Orders will be left in either my mailbox or a bin on my front step.
We provide $5 local delivery within most of the Niagara Region. You will be contact via email or text to arrange a drop off time.
since we are a small business, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. All items are final sale. If a product you receive arrives damaged, please contact us to discuss an exchange.
